Retirees
We have finally reached the “golden years”. Dan Nesseth/Cheryl Hall Nesseth have both retired. Dan retired from Malt O Meal after 29 1/2 years on July 6. Cheryl retired May 18 from the Northfield Hospital (Home Care) after 7 years there and 30 years for the State of Minnesota reaching the “Rule of 90″ and therefore eligible for a monthly benefit. Social security is just down the road. We practiced retirement in May with going to Branson and seeing the one remaining Righteous Brother and Paul Revere and the Raiders. They were awesome. We did a whirlwind tour of Iowa in July, casinos, John Wayne, Amana colonies, etc. Dan went to work part time in November for Ace Hardware in Northfield. Loves it, helps people fix things and knows most customers. Plan on trip in February to Palm Springs, California with Jim/Linda Grisim. It’s hard to believe we are now “senior citizens” and AARP eligible for discounts. We are enjoying. -Posted by Cheryl Hall Nesseth
